Outdoor Training

I meet you at an agreed public outdoor location for focused padwork and technique. This is less conditioning-heavy and gives us more time to slow things down, make corrections, and work on your specific goals.

Best for: Padwork, striking technique, fundamentals, and convenience.

Pricing: Worked out before the session based on location, travel, and session length.

ABOUT THE CLUB

How Training Works

Progress is a process

A.R.C.C is a small garage-based training club for people who want a place to begin, dependable training partners, or extra practice. Nobody is expected to know everything on day one.

Training starts with the skills you can safely handle now. As your control, understanding, and confidence improve, sessions become more challenging. The goal is steady individual progress—not comparing your timeline to someone else's.

“Train to improve. No ego.”

The standard for every session.

Learn

Understand the stance, movement, technique, and purpose behind each drill.

Practice

Repeat skills through shadowboxing, pads, bags, and controlled partner work.

Apply

Add movement, timing, decision-making, and appropriate resistance as you improve.

Review

Identify what worked, correct what did not, and bring one clear focus into the next session.

What individual progress can look like

Cleaner footwork, better balance, more controlled power, calmer defense, improved conditioning, or remembering a technique under pressure. Private sessions can spend more time on the areas most important to you.

Transparency: Alex Butcher is not a professional coach or professional fighter. He is an amateur kickboxer with BJJ and wrestling experience who shares what he knows while continuing to learn and improve.
